ph879 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the ph879 platform available at ph879.club (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing or using the ph879 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

ph879 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Registration of an account does not guarantee continued access to the Platform.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active ph879 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ph879 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph879 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph879 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph879 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ph879 support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ph879 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ph879 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.4 Account Currency

ph879 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated. ph879 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your ph879 account.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: GCash and PayMaya — within 24 hours of approval; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers — within 1 to 3 business days.
• ph879 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph879 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. ph879 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. Deposits must not exceed amounts that cannot be reasonably explained by your stated source of funds.

ph879 may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ph879 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

ph879 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

All games available on the ph879 Platform — including Crash Bonus, Single Deck Blackjack, Fortune Horse, Slide, Limbo, High Roller, and Relax Fishing — are governed by the following general gameplay rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each individual game:

• All game outcomes on ph879 are determined by a provably fair cryptographic random number generation (RNG) system. The integrity of each outcome can be independently verified by the player using the seed values published by ph879 after each round resolves.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the ph879 Platform. ph879 does not guarantee that any individual player will achieve the stated RTP over any given session or period of play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph879 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph879 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond ph879's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, game statistics, or promotional materials published on the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.

The ph879 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph879 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, ph879's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall ph879's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Termination by ph879

ph879 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph879 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to ph879, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• The player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph879 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, ph879 will return any verified balance to the player via their registered payment method.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your ph879 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any applicable verification checks. Please note that self-exclusion is a separate process from account closure — if you are closing your account due to a gambling concern, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool rather than simply closing your account.

ph879 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the ph879 Platform at ph879.club/terms-conditions, with the effective date of the most recent revision indicated at the top of the page.

Where ph879 makes material changes to these Terms, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph879 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact ph879 support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ph879 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
